Section 1 Subscription & Payment

Origins Curriculum offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $9.99 for the first month (trial), then $85.00 per month, billed monthly thereafter.
• Annual Plan (Discounted): $65.00 per month, billed annually at $780.00 — a savings of $240.00 per year compared to the standard monthly rate.

All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. By providing a payment method, you authorize Origins Curriculum to charge all applicable fees to that payment method. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate.

Section 2 Trial Period

New subscribers receive a one-month trial for $9.99, during which you may evaluate whether Origins Curriculum is right for your family. The following conditions apply to the trial period:

• If you choose not to continue, you must cancel before the trial period ends.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your dashboard through the end of the paid month and will not be charged going forward.
• To avoid being billed for the next subscription cycle, you must contact us or initiate cancellation at least seven (7) business days prior to your subscription renewal date.
• If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard monthly plan at $85.00 per month.

Section 3 Cancellation & Subscription Pausing

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal. To access cancellation options, navigate to your profile settings in the top-right corner of the platform and select Manage Subscriptions. To prevent billing for an additional month, cancellation must be initiated at least seven (7) business days before your next renewal date.

Subscription Pausing: If you would like to temporarily pause your subscription rather than cancel, you may submit a pause request by completing the Pause Subscription Form located at originscurriculum.com under the "Contact" section. Pause requests are subject to approval and availability.

Due to the nature of digital and downloadable content, no refunds or credits will be issued regardless of whether a subscription is cancelled mid-cycle.

Section 4 Refund Policy

Origins Curriculum is a digital product that provides immediate access to content upon subscription. As such, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to:

• Monthly subscription charges.
• Annual subscription charges.
• Any billing cycle in which access was granted, including the trial month.

We provide a low-cost trial period specifically so that subscribers can evaluate the platform before committing to a full-price subscription. If you do not initiate cancellation at least seven (7) business days before your renewal date, you will be charged for the following billing cycle. No exceptions will be made.

Section 5 Content Access

Origins Curriculum delivers a 12-month homeschooling curriculum on the following access schedule:

• Month 1 (Trial): Upon subscribing, you will receive immediate access to the first month of the curriculum.
• Months 2–12: If you continue past the trial period, the remaining eleven (11) months of curriculum will be unlocked sequentially — one month of content released every thirty (30) days.

Content access is tied to an active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, access to your dashboard and all curriculum content will be suspended at the end of the current paid period. Origins Curriculum reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time for quality improvement purposes.

Section 6 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions to Origins Curriculum renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Origins Curriculum to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period at the then-current subscription rate, without further notice, until you cancel.

Section 7 Grade Level Progression & Subscription Continuation

Origins Curriculum is structured as a grade-based program. The following terms govern how grade level advancement works within your subscription:

• Advancement: Upon completing the end-of-year assessment for your current grade level, you will become eligible to advance to the next grade level of the curriculum.
• Subscription Continuation: Completing a grade level — including passing the end-of-year assessment — does not automatically cancel your subscription. Your subscription will continue to renew on its regular billing cycle regardless of your progress within the curriculum.
• Enrollment in Next Grade: Access to the next grade level's content will be made available upon successful completion of the assessment and continuation of an active subscription.
• Active Subscription Required: You must maintain an active, paid subscription to access any grade level content. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to all content — including any newly unlocked grade level — will be suspended until the subscription is reactivated.

If you wish to cancel your subscription after completing a grade level, you must do so manually through the client portal or by contacting us. Completing a grade level will never be treated as a request to cancel.

Section 8 Acceptable Use

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Origins Curriculum content for personal, non-commercial homeschooling purposes. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with individuals outside your immediate household.
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any curriculum content, in whole or in part.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Section 9 Modifications to These Terms

Origins Curriculum reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to our website at originscurriculum.com. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Origins Curriculum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
